Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the nation on Monday, comparing Hamas to ISIS and pledging to eliminate them “in exactly the same manner that the enlightened world eliminated ISIS.”
“We have always known what Hamas is. Now the world knows. Hamas is ISIS,” the prime minister says. “Hamas is ISIS and we will eliminate it in exactly the same manner that the enlightened world eliminated ISIS.”
He also warned the international community to be aware of fake news and misinformation.
