Donald Trump’s legal spokeswoman Alina Habba stopped by Hannity Monday night to react to Michael Cohen’s testimony after his first day on the stand; “I’ve never seen anything worse than what I saw today,” Habba told Hannity.
“Last time I checked there’s something called attorney-client privilege. Obviously, that doesn’t stand if you’re going against Donald Trump. Because none of the rules stand if you’re going against Donald Trump in a political campaign and he’s winning,” Habba said.
Habba agrees with Hannity that what Hillary Clinton did was “far worse” but even she wasn’t “dragged into court.”
“But if you’re Donald Trump you’re going to be gagged unconstitutionally…and you won’t be able to defend yourself,” Habba continued.
