Trump Attorney Alina Habba spoke to the press during a brief recess from Donald Trump’s New York civil fraud trail on Monday; Habba says Judge Arthur Engoron slammed the table and told her to “sit down.”
“You have a right to hire a lawyer who can stand up and stay something when they see something wrong,” Habba told reporters.
“I was told to sit down today. I was yelled at and I had a judge who is unhinged slamming a table. I don’t tolerate that in my life. I’m not going to tolerate it here.”

From The New York Post:
Inside earlier, Habba stood up and interrupted the proceedings, telling Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron he was there to listen to what Trump had to say and arguing her client should be allowed to give long answers.
“I am not here to listen to what he has to say!” the judge said as he told Habba to “sit down.”
The ex-president himself lost his cool from the witness stand earlier, yelling and attacking Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Engoron — who will decide the outcome of the non-jury trial — and the attorney general as he testified in his own defense.
