FLYNN LEGAL COUNSEL: ‘The Documents Prove the Egregious Extent’ to Which FBI ‘Violated His Constitutional Rights’

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.30.20

Explosive new documents reveal the stunning extent James Comey’s FBI went to catch former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in a perjury trap; releasing a memo that clearly states the agency’s intent was to “prosecute” the General or “have him fired” from his role in the Trump administration.

“The revelations of corruption by the FBI to intentionally frame Gen Flynn for crimes the FBI manufactured piles on with each new production of documents. Unequivocally, the documents prove the egregious extent to which those involved violated the constitutional rights of the National Security Advisor of the United States of America and a military hero, who put his life on the line for over three decades to preserve those very rights for every American citizen,” reads a statement from Flynn’s legal counsel Sidney Powell.

The release goes on:

  1. To be clear, we now know by the production of new text messages between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok that there in fact exists an original 302 document created by SSA 1 from his own notes of the January 24, 2017 ambush interview of Gen Flynn. Further, we know in fact that SSA 1’s original 302 document went to Stzrok who rewrote it substantially, but tried not to “completely re-write it so as to save [redacted] voice” and then was shared by Stzrok with a “pissed off” Page who revised it substantively yet again, crafting the narrative to charge Gen Flynn with a crime he did not commit.

  2. As repugnant as this conduct is on its face, the travel of this vital document establishes continuously – and until this day – the original FBI agents, the prosecutors, and FBI management’s determination to withhold exculpatory evidence required under Brady, among other violations of Gen Flynn’s civil rights. They withheld it not only to try to convict an innocent man, but to hide their own crimes.

  3. Second, the production proves that unadulterated fabrications and outright lies by an FBI CHS (Stefan Halper) were used by the government to target and investigate Gen. Flynn in the Crossfire Hurricane scheme. When their game plan failed, the tactic shifted with the “7th Floor involved.”

  4. Finally, email messages in this production bolster the now widely known egregious conduct of the FBI in their plot to get Gen. Flynn one way or the other with total disregard for fairness, justice, decency, and the law.

COMEY’S ADMISSION: Former FBI Boss Says He BROKE PROTOCOL During Michael Flynn Interview

posted by Hannity Staff - 12.13.18

Disgraced former FBI chief James Comey admitted this week that he broke standard procedure by sending two FBI agents to directly interview former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn at the White House; confirming “I sent them.”

“Former FBI Director James Comey admitted in a recent interview that he personally made the decision to send a pair of agents to interview President Trump’s national security adviser Michael Flynn in 2017, and acknowledged the arrangement was not typical for dealing with a White House official,” writes Fox News.

Comey went on to call the move “something I probably wouldn’t have done or maybe gotten away with in a more … organized administration.”

“If the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official, you would work through the White House counsel, and there would be discussions and approvals and who would be there,” he added. “I thought: ‘It’s early enough, let’s just send a couple guys over.’”

DEVELOPING NOW: DOJ Says It Will Accept ‘Probation’ for Michael Flynn After Move to Withdraw Guilty Plea

posted by Hannity Staff - 1.30.20

The Department of Justice backed-away from their recommendation of prison for former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn Thursday; saying they will be satisfied with “probation” instead.

“The Department of Justice backed down from seeking jail time Wednesday and made clear that prosecutors would accept mere probation in the case of former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn — a shift that comes as Flynn moves to withdraw his guilty plea leveraging accusations of government misconduct,” reports Fox News.

“Just weeks ago, the DOJ said it would seek up to six months of prison time for the retired Army lieutenant general who spent just 24 days at his post in the Trump administration. Represented by an aggressive new attorney, Flynn days later had moved to withdraw his guilty plea for making false statements to two FBI agents in 2017 — statements that eventually wrapped him up in former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election,” adds Fox.

This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
