White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders swiped at the Obama administration during her daily briefing Monday, saying the Trump White House will never “walk around making up laws” when it comes to immigration.
Sanders was taking questions from reporters when she was asked to weigh-in on the immigration crisis taking place along the United States’ southern border; saying “we’re not the Obama administration.”

“Are we walking around making up laws? No, because we’re not the Obama administration. We’re actually trying to enforce the laws that are on the books. We’re asking Congress to do their part and pass new legislation that will fix our immigration system,” she added.

CAMPUS CHAOS: Students ‘STUNNED’ that Obama ALSO Sent Troops to Border
Liberal students at the University of California in Santa Barbara were “stunned” and “shocked” to learn that former President Barack Obama also deployed the National Guard to the southern border; slamming the move as a “huge waste of money.”
Reporters from Campus Reform spoke with students at the left-wing university; asking their opinions on Trump’s recent decision to send troops to help protect the US-Mexico border.
“President Trump recently announced he’s going to be sending a few thousand troops down to the border… Do you support sending troops down to the border?” asked the journalist.
“I feel like it’s not justified,” said one student. “I definitely disapprove, it just puts a bad light on America.”
“Did you know that Obama did the same thing when he was president?” pressed the reporter.
“Honestly, I didn’t know that,” she admitted.

SANDERS SMACKDOWN: Huckabee Sanders EDUCATES CNN’S Jim Acosta Over ‘COURAGE’
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders called out CNN’s Jim Acosta on social media Monday evening, just hours after the reporter accused the Trump aide of intentionally ignoring his network due to their lack of “courage.”
Sparks flew between the two during the daily White House press briefing; with Acosta breathlessly asking his questions as Huckabee Sanders wrapped up the event and left the podium.

The Press Secretary educated the CNN correspondent hours later, saying “Courage isn’t taking ‘a question from CNN,’ Jim. Courage is combat veterans Sgt. Peck and Staff Sgt. Dwyer – the two heroes at the briefing. #itsnotaboutyou.”
