'FAITH, FAMILY, AND FREEDOM': TPUSA’s 'All-American' Halftime Show Claims Millions of Viewers

Turning Point USA’s “All-American Halftime Show” claimed a breakout audience Sunday night, with organizers and partner outlets pointing to millions of viewers who opted for the conservative counter-program instead of Super Bowl LX’s official halftime performance headlined by Bad Bunny.

TPUSA and allied platforms said the show peaked at 6.1 million on TPUSA’s YouTube livestream, with another roughly 1 million watching via Charlie Kirk’s YouTube channel, plus additional viewership across partner streams such as Rumble and DailyWire+.

Social media commentary amplified the alternative show’s patriotic framing, with viewers posting reactions including: “All in English, all talented, beautifully done,” and “It was truly awesome. Felt so good. And so proud,” as well as: “I was proud of my country. Felt blessed for my family. This is what it should be!”

The performance lineup — announced ahead of game day — included Kid Rock, Brantley Gilbert, Lee Brice, and Gabby Barrett, which was billed as a celebration of “faith, family, and freedom,” according to event coverage.

Kid Rock framed the head-to-head as an underdog fight in a statement carried by conservative media: “We’re approaching this show like David and Goliath,” he said, adding: “Competing with the pro football machine and a global pop superstar is almost impossible, or is it? He said he’s having a dance party, wearing a dress, and singing in Spanish? Cool. We plan to play great songs for folks who love America.”

The TPUSA program aired opposite the NFL’s Super Bowl LX halftime show featuring Bad Bunny, which became a flashpoint in a broader political argument after President Donald Trump publicly criticized the performance.

“Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching throughout the U.S.A.,” Trump said.

Bad Bunny has previously criticized immigration enforcement and said he avoided booking mainland U.S. tour dates over concerns about ICE showing up at venues—comments he made in a 2025 interview that have been widely recirculated amid the halftime backlash.

TPUSA has announced it will put on another halftime show next year.
