Texas Senator Ted Cruz (R) stopped by Hannity Monday night to blast President Biden and presidential nominee Kamala Harris for broken border policies that are killing Americans every day.
Hannity asked Cruz about an illegal immigrant who recently shot a San Antonio police officer.
“It was an illegal immigrant; a Venezuelan who was set to be deported but then a judge delayed the deportation and he went out with a rifle and shot a San Antonio police officer,” Cruz confirmed.
“It’s important to go through the victims because … it is every damn day. Every day, someone is being shot. Every day, a woman is being raped. Every day, a child is being assaulted … and every one of our families is in greater jeopardy because they keep releasing violent criminals into our communities.”
