Texas Senator Ted Cruz educated reporters at the US Capitol Wednesday night after one journalist requested he wear a mask when speaking to the camera despite being fully vaccinated.
“Would you mind putting on a mask for us?” asked one reporter.
“Yeah, when I’m talking to the TV camera, I’m not going to wear a mask. All of us have been immunized,” said Cruz.
“It’d make us feel better,” pressed the journalist.
“You’re welcome to step away if you’d like,” fired-back the Texas Senator.
