“Can you hear the Vice President? He just said ‘Hi,’” asked the chat host.

“Hi? I don’t think she can hear me. That’s ok. How are you? Where are you speaking to me from? Where are you now? Where are you, now, speaking to me? Where’s home? Never mind, the capital of the world,” fired-back a confused Biden.

“I believe this with every fiber of my being… We’re posed, what I’ve proposed, it can be done, I think we’re in a position to really make it happen!” said Biden.

 

“Critical laws… On politics, look, yes, I’m taking too much time,” he added.
