While delivering remarks on the September jobs report at the White House on Friday, President Biden seemed to draw a very long blank when asked about the border wall funds and his attempt to re-appropriate them.”

“Can you be specific about what you did to try and re-appropriate those border funds?” one reporter asked a clearly rundown Joe.

“The wall thing?” Biden asked in response.
