Fox News contributor and investigative reporter Sara Carter hit the streets of San Francisco this week to ask the locals how they feel about a new five-million-dollar taxpayer-funded program that provides drinks to homeless alcoholics.
“The residents in San Francisco are not happy about this very controversial program called the Managed Alcohol Program. That five million dollars goes to giving a free beer or vodka to chronic homeless alcoholics,” Carter told Sean Hannity Wednesday night.
Carter shared footage of her interviews with San Franciscans discussing the controversial program.
