Trump has a simple, three-word plan to boost the economy.
During Tuesday night’s special Hannity town hall event, former President and 2024 GOP frontrunner Donald Trump was asked how he would boost America out of the disastrous “Bidenomics” era.
“60-some percent of Americans live paycheck to paycheck…Bideninflaiton has cost the average American household over ten thousand dollars a year —we can’t afford this,” Hannity says.
“How quickly, and what would you, to get this economy turned around?” Hannity asks Trump.
“It will go so quickly,” Trump says. “Number one, I’m closing that border like I had it. We had the best border. I think you all agree, we want people to come into our country but we want them to come in legeally. We had a good system, they were taking tests…I would make our border so strong.”
“What’s your position on the economy?” Hannity says, bringing Trump back to the original question.
“I will drill, baby, drill. You know the expression. We get energy way down. When energy comes down, inflation is going to come down,” Trump said to applause.
