DNC DISASTER: GOP Raising TWICE AS MUCH MONEY Going into 2018 Midterms

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.21.18

The Republican National Committee is raking in donations at record levels as GOP poll numbers continue to soar; raising over twice as much money as the DNC heading into the upcoming 2018 midterm elections.

The RNC announced Wednesday morning that it raised over $12 million in January alone and nearly $150 million in the overall “2018 election cycle.” Those figures offer a stark comparison to the $66 million raised by the Democratic National Committee heading into the hotly-contested midterms.

Making things even worse for the Democratic Party is its high-levels of spending. The DNC forked out over $71 million ahead of this year’s election; leaving the organization nearly $6 million in debt.

“As we head into the 2018 midterm elections, the Republican Party continues to break fundraising records,” said RNC Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel.

“We are working hand-in-hand with Republicans in Congress and President Trump to enact a pro-growth agenda on behalf of the American people. In doing so, we will continue to invest in our ground game, data operations, technology and Party infrastructure to win elections in 2018 and beyond,” she added.

DNC DISASTER: Democratic Party ‘DEAD BROKE’ Heading into 2018 Elections

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.02.18

Despite liberal lawmakers and the mainstream media predicting a “blue wave” in the 2018 midterm elections, the Democratic Party is “dead broke” and riddled with debt according to insiders familiar with the DNC’s dismal finances.

According to The Week, the Democratic National Committee had a disastrous 2017; coming up short in fundraising goals and saddled with debt from the party’s stunning 2016 presidential defeat to Donald Trump and a string of special election losses.

Year-end filings show the Democratic Party is riddled with more than $6 million in debt, with just over $6.5 million on hand; meaning the party has just $500,000 in cash heading into the highly-contested elections to retake control of Congress.

“Meanwhile, the Republicans are swimming in pools of money. The Republican National Committee had raised $132 million by the end of 2017 — about twice as much as the DNC — and entered 2018 with almost $40 million to spare, with not a penny of debt,” writes the Week.

The lack of Democratic fundraising highlights growing fractures within the Democratic party as it sets its sights on 2018; with the progressive wing furious over Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s shutdown surrender earlier this month.

DNC IN RUINS: Donna Brazile COMES CLEAN on Schultz, Hillary, Obama

posted by Hannity Staff - 9.27.17

Excerpts from former DNC Chief Donna Brazile’s upcoming memoir continues to send shockwaves in Democratic circles as the Clinton insider spills the beans on Debbie Schultz, Hillary, Obama, and others.

An excerpt, titled “Inside Hillary Clinton’s Secret Takeover of the DNC” was published Thursday by Politico, and illustrates the infighting, secrecy, and ultimate takeover of the Democratic Party by senior Clinton operates months before she won the nomination.

“Debbie [Schultz] was not a good manager. She hadn’t been very interested in controlling the party—she let Clinton’s headquarters in Brooklyn do as it desired so she didn’t have to inform the party officers how bad the situation was,” she wrote.

Brazile then turned her sites on Obama, saying “President Barack Obama’s neglect had left the party in significant debt. As Hillary’s campaign gained momentum, she resolved the party’s debt and put it on a starvation diet. It had become dependent on her campaign for survival.”

While the former DNC boss doesn’t say the arrangement was “illegal,” she does call Hillary’s takeover “unethical.”

“The funding arrangement with [Hillary for America] and the victory fund agreement was not illegal, but it sure looked unethical,” she added.
