Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell froze up while delivering remarks on the Hill on Wednesday; the Kentucky Senator stared off blankly into space until Senator John Barrasso (R-WY) escorted him away.
The Twitterers (“Xverse”) is speculating that the Leader suffered a mini-stroke.
