Governor Ron DeSantis (R-FL) knows his pandemic strategy is working. He knows because politicians from “shutdown states” keep flocking to sunny south Florida. The latest hypocrite to skip out on her state’s mandates? Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY). AOC has been seen partying – maskless – on numerous occasions down in the Sunshine State.
Governor DeSantis had something to say about that:
“If I had a dollar for every lockdown politician who decided to escape to Florida over the last two years, I’d be a pretty doggone wealthy man,” said DeSantis.
