The Department of Justice released a series of images of deadly weapons seized from Portland Rioters Monday evening; saying federal agents have taken “gasoline, Molotov cocktails, leaf blowers, shields” and more.
“Contraband such as gasoline, hockey sticks, defense shields, leaf blowers, paint sprayers, paint cans with paint, and a jar prepped for a Molotov cocktail confiscated by federal law enforcement from violent agitators outside federal Portland courthouse,” posted the DOJ on Twitter.

Far-left Mayor of Portland, Oregon Ted Wheeler is now asking the Department of Homeland Security for a meeting to discuss a possible “cease fire” between Federal Agents and protesters after nine weeks of riots.
“Commissioner @JoAnnPDX and I are calling for an immediate meeting with Department of Homeland Security leadership on the ground in Portland and with Acting Secretary @DHS_Wolf to discuss a cease-fire and the removal of heightened federal forces from Portland,” posted Wheeler on Twitter.

Recently released footage from the Portland riots show federal agents being attacked with Molotov Cocktails inside a perimeter fence erected to protect a federal courthouse from protesters and demonstrators.

A reporter with the Associated Press spent a weekend inside the federal building in Portland; confirming agents there were attacked with “fireworks, flares, frozen bottles, concrete, and cans” during the supposedly “peaceful” demonstrations.
“I spent the weekend inside the Portland federal courthouse w/ the US Marshals. Mortars were being fired off repeatedly, fireworks & flares shot into the lobby, frozen bottles, concrete, cans & bouncy balls regularly whizzed over the fence at high speeds,” posted journalist Mike Balsamo.

We wanted to show you a look inside the protests from both perspectives — out in the crowd with protesters and inside the courthouse with federal officers. It was a really eye opening experience to see it firsthand. I was inside the courthouse & @gflaccus was outside the fence.

I watched as injured officers were hauled inside. In one case, the commercial firework came over so fast the officer didn’t have time to respond. It burned through his sleeves & he had bloody gashes on both forearms. Another had a concussion from being hit in the head w/ a mortar

ANARCHY in PORTLAND: Mayor DECLINES Help from DHS to End 6 Weeks of Non-Stop Anti-Police Protests
Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler refused help from the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security this week; saying his city can handle six-weeks of non-stop, anti-police protests that have brought his town to a virtual standstill.
“Today the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security asked to speak with me about demonstration activity in Portland. He expressed his concern about ongoing violence and asked how his agency can help,” said the Mayor.
I told the Acting Secretary that my biggest immediate concern is the violence federal officers brought to our streets in recent days, and the life-threatening tactics his agents use. We do not need or want their help.

CHANGE OF HEART: Portland Mayor Says ‘I Don’t Want an Autonomous Zone’ After Protesters Target His Home
Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler shut-down the prospect of an ‘Autonomous Zone’ in his city just hours after protesters targeted his home; calling the cop-free area a “distraction” from the cause.
“I do not want an autonomous zone set up in Portland. I’m watching what’s going on in Seattle and I’m not impressed. It’s a distraction… I’m not in Seattle but what I’m hearing coming out of Seattle concerns me,” said Wheeler.

“Businesses being shaken down to be allowed to operate. If you’re asking if that’s something I support, I do not support that,” he added.
