A visibly exhausted President Biden was cut off by staffers during a meeting of his Competition Council in the State Dining Room of the White House on Tuesday; “I better not start the questions. I’ll get in trouble,” Biden said to reporters.

After a few moments, Biden picks up the microphone — but staffers cut his mic and the sound goes out.
