President Biden spoke to a small gathering of volunteers and supporters after an event about reproductive rights at Hillsborough Community College-Dale Mabry Campus in Tampa, Florida. Florida Democrat Party Chair Nikki Fried tried to help Biden deliver a stirring “take back Florida” message — but it fell flat.
“What are we, Florida democrats, going to do in 2024? We’re going to vote and we’re going to take back Florida,” Fried told the modest crowd.
