Incoming Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez posted a cryptic message on social media Thursday; saying American millennials are “killing” a series of unrelated items; including “paper napkins” and “avocado toast.”
“On top of paper napkins, diamond rings, & avocado toast-mortgage payments, Millennials are also Killing: Unpaid Internships, Inaction on Climate Change, Corporate Money in Politics, Backroom tax rules to secretly hamstring progressive legislation,” posted the future congresswoman from New York City.

CORTEZ 2020? Liberal Website Wants Constitution Changed so Cortez Could Run for President
Left-leaning online magazine Vox called for a Constitutional change this week that would allow “immigrants, young people, and everyone else” to run for the Presidency of the United States of America.
The article, titled “It’s ridiculous that it’s unconstitutional for Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to run for president,” claims “young is better than old” and argues that Cortez would make a better candidate than aging Bernie Sanders and Joe Biden.
“You might worry that a new youthful president is underexperienced (but then again, which president hasn’t been a little underexperienced), but lack of experience is guaranteed to improve with time. Things are as bad as they’ll ever be during the campaign, so voters can judge for themselves without worrying about lurking problems,” writes Vox.
“Besides which, 29 (Ocasio-Cortez’s age) just honestly isn’t that young. People younger than that are routinely trusted with life-and-death situations in a huge array of contexts, ranging from parenting to military service,” adds the author.

CORTEZ CONFUSION: Cortez Cites PARKS, ‘Eating Sandwiches’ as 'Examples of Socialism'
Liberal superstar Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez left American voters scratching their heads this week; bizarrely citing National Parks and eating breakfast sandwiches as examples of Democratic Socialism.
Cortez posted the strange comments on social media after returning from a “few days off” spent at Acadia National Park; citing the nature preserve and “supporting worker-owned businesses” as American “examples of Democratic Socialism.”
Back home after a lovely few days off enjoying US examples of Democratic Socialism, like:
– Acadia National Park
– Café Co-ops (Def Top 5 best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had ?)
– Supporting worker-owned businesses
– Bonus: Spotted a @PPact helping people, per usual✌?? pic.twitter.com/xmiYXutfpS— Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (@AOC) August 19, 2018
Cortez’ comments come just days after she came under fire for banning press and journalists from a series of town hall events; adding the speaking engagements were considered “sanctuary spaces.”
