House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer held a press conference on Monday to share the latest on the FBI document that may implicate President Joe Biden in a $5 million-dollar briber scandal.
“Today FBI officials confirmed that the unclassified FBI-generated record has not been disproven and is currently being used in an ongoing investigation,” Comer said at a press conference.

The Oversight chair shared the news on Twitter and confirmed his plan to hold FBI Director Christopher Wray in contempt for refusing to hand over the record.
“The FBI confirmed the unclassified record alleging then-VP Biden engaged in a $5 million bribery scheme is from a highly credible informant & being used in an ongoing investigation. The FBI refused to hand over the doc. I will hold Director Wray in contempt of Congress.”
