CNN’S VAN JONES: Democrats Come Across as ‘Annoying, Offensive’ and ‘Seem Out of Touch’

posted by Hannity Staff - 11.03.21

CNN analyst Van Jones weighed-in Tuesday night after Republicans surged in elections across the country, telling the panel that Democrats often come across as “annoying, offensive” and “seem out of touch.”

“There’s something happening out here. It could be anti-incumbent. That’s a part of it. But there’s something else happening. I think Democrats are coming across in ways we don’t recognize. That are annoying, and offensive, and seem out of touch,” said Jones.

“I think there’s a message here,” he added.

Republicans and moderate Democrats posted big wins Tuesday night as the country outright rejected far-left policies from Buffalo, NY to Southwest Virginia.

In Buffalo, the progressive candidate endorsed by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Bernie Sanders trails the Democrat incumbent who ran as a write-in candidate after losing the primary earlier this year.

Glenn Youngkin defeated Terry McAuliffe in Virginia 51% to 49%. In New Jersey, a race that most Democrats thought would be easily won remains tied with Republican Jack Ciattarelli holding a slight lead.

“We’ve sent a message to the entire nation. This is what I love about this state: Every single time it’s gone too far off track, the people of this state have pushed, pulled and prodded it right back to where it needs to be,” Ciattarelli said.

“We’re all sorry that tonight cannot yet be the celebration we wanted it to be,” Murphy said. “But when every vote is counted—and every vote will be counted—we hope to have a celebration.”

Minneapolis voters voting to save the city’s embattled police department. Despite support from Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, 56% chose to keep the cops compared to 44% who wanted to replace them with the Department of Public Safety.

CNN’s VAN JONES: ‘White Liberal Hillary Clinton Supporters’ More Worrisome than KKK Members

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.31.20

CNN’s Van Jones launched into a fierce condemnation of Hillary Clinton supporters on national television this week; labeling liberal voters “more worrisome” than the KKK when it comes to race issues in America.

“It’s not the racist white person, who is in the Ku Klux Klan that we have to worry about. It’s the white, liberal Hillary Clinton supporter walking her dog in Central Park who would tell you right now, ‘Oh I don’t see race, race is no big deal to me, I see all people the same, I give to charities’ but the minute she sees as black man who she does not respect, or who she has a slight thought against, she weaponized race like she had been taught by the Aryan Nation,” Jones said. “A Klan member could not have been better trained to pick up her phone and tell the police it’s a black man.”

“What you’re seeing now is a curtain falling away,” Jones said. “Those of us who have been burdened by this every minute, every second of our entire lives are fragile right now… we are tired.”

SNOOZE FEST: Dems Go Dull in Final Debate, CNN’s Van Jones Says ‘Nothing I Saw Can Take Out Trump’

posted by Hannity Staff - 1.15.20

The top six Democrats took the debate stage in Des Moines, Iowa Tuesday night; an event described by most pundits as “Dull night of the living dead” and a total “snooze fest” as the candidates called for new entitlements and repeatedly ripped President Trump.

“As a progressive, to see those two [Warren and Sanders] have that level of vitriol was very dispiriting. And I want to say that tonight for me was dispiriting. Democrats got to do better than what we saw tonight. There was nothing I saw tonight that would be able to take Donald Trump out, and I want to see a Democrat in the White House as soon as possible,” lamented CNN’s Van Jones.

“In a week of historic consequences as Congress moves towards the third presidential impeachment in the nation’s history, this debate was primarily a very dull affair packed with stump speeches and contenders going through zombified motions,” writes Deadline.
