White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders spoke out about the vicious White House Correspondents’ Dinner Thursday, saying she was “very proud” to work for the Trump administration and will do everything she can to “make America better.”
Sanders was reacting to liberal comedian Michelle Wolf’s brazen attacks on White House staffers during the ‘dirty dinner,’ directly insulting Sanders and others in attendance.

“I think that evening says a whole lot more about her than it does about me,” said Sanders.
“The people that were my friends before that evening are my friends today, and I am going to continue doing the job that I came here to do every single day,” she added. “I am very proud of the fact that I work in this administration for this president, and we’re going to keep pushing forward, doing everything we can to make America better.”

CNN SNOWFLAKE: Jim Acosta Blames DINNER DISASTER on… Donald Trump
CNN senior White House Correspondent Jim Acosta weighed-in on the disastrous White House Correspondent’s dinner over the weekend; bizarrely blaming President Trump for the controversial evening despite the fact he wasn’t even there.
Acosta slammed the Commander-in-Chief on social media just hours after the ‘dirty dinner,’ saying his “problem” with the event wasn’t the “comedian who told some nasty jokes” but rather the President himself.
“My problem with last night’s dinner is not that we had a comedian who told some nasty jokes. It’s that we did not really address the nearly constant attacks on the press from the president. The dinner should change with the times so we send a strong message to the world. #WHCD,” he tweeted.

The President himself blasted the disastrous event, calling the dinner a total “embarrassment” for all involved and saying the annual ceremony should be canceled or re-invented.
SEE YA! President Trump DITCHES White House Press Dinner for Second Year
President Donald Trump will not attend the annual White House Correspondents’ Press Dinner for the second year in a row; a symbol of the Commander-in-Chief’s ongoing battle with the mainstream media and its never-ending obsession with Russian collusion.
“The White House has informed us that the president does not plan to participate in this year’s dinner but that he will actively encourage members of the executive branch to attend and join us as we celebrate the First Amendment,” said a Representative for the organization.
The announcement comes as President Trump slammed the press in a fiery interview on WABC Friday morning, saying it was “pretty unlikely” he would be attending the elite dinner.
“I sort of feel like the press is so bad, and so fake,” he added. “In many cases they literally make up sources.”
