According to a report from Just The News, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was shot on Wednesday at an event in Utah and has been confirmed dead at the age of 31.
Multiple sources confirmed his passing to Just the News.
Kirk was speaking at an event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
The university confirmed that police have a suspect in custody. The campus has been closed and classes canceled until further notice.
“A single shot was fired on campus toward a visiting speaker. Police are investigating now, suspect in custody,” the school confirmed in an emergency alert.
