CAVING on PIPELINES? Psaki Says White House Will ‘Look at Each Pipeline and Do an Analysis’

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.09.21

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked to comment on the Biden Administration’s view on the Dakota Access Pipeline this week; telling reporters the White House will do an “analysis” on jobs and the environment.

“The fate of the Dakota Access Pipeline: Is it the administration’s belief that the construction of that pipeline should continue?” asked one reporter.

“Our view is that we would look at each pipeline through each individual pipeline separately and do an analysis,” said Psaki.

At least 21 Republican-led states are suing the Biden Administration for canceling the Keystone Oil Pipeline; a move that will cost countless jobs and raise gas prices as the country re-opens amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

“Cabinet Defendants’ actions … have the possibility of depriving States and local governments of millions of dollars in revenues. Yet, far from providing a reasoned explanation for why they are taking their actions, they have not provided any reason at all,” the suit states.

“The power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce belongs to Congress – not the President. This is another example of Joe Biden overstepping his constitutional role to the detriment of Montanans,” added Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen.

Joe Biden canceled the pipeline on his first day in the White House.

GOOD QUESTION: Psaki Asked Why Migrants Get Hotel Rooms but National Guard Got Parking Garages

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.28.21

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was pressed Monday on why the Biden administration is allocating millions to provide migrants with hotel rooms while the National Guard was forced to rest on the concrete floor of DC parking garages.

‘You are opening up new facilities. You’re spending $86 million on hotel rooms for migrants. How do you square that with the National Guard troops who were sleeping in parking garages?” asked one reporter.

“First, at the time when we became aware of the conditions for National Guard troops, the President called the head of the National Guard that day and offered his assistance!” fired-back Psaki.

GOOD QUESTION: Psaki Grilled on Teachers Giving In-Person Instruction to Migrants But Not US Students

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.30.21

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki dodged another question regarding immigration Tuesday; refusing to answer why some teachers in San Diego are giving in-person instruction to child migrants while American students stay home.

“Some public school teachers are providing in-person instruction to migrant children before their own public school students,” said one reporter. “These students have been at home for about a year now.”

“Context is important. These kids are going back to school for hybrid learning — early next month.”

Senator Marsha Blackburn ripped the Biden administration’s approach to immigration in a scathing letter this week; blasting the White House’s plan to place migrants in motels at a cost of $280,000 for a family of four.

“The Biden administration, earlier this month, awarded ICE an $86.9 million contract through Texas-based nonprofit Endeavors for hotel rooms near the border to provide temporary shelter and processing services for families who have been expelled from the United States but have been placed in immigration proceedings for their removal,” reports Fox News.

“This raises questions if half of the $86.9 million in ICE contract proceeds will likewise be allocated toward employee and executive compensation instead of migrant services or housing,” Blackburn wrote.

“As the current contract stands, the cost to taxpayers for housing 1,200 migrant families for six months is about $71,000 per person,” Blackburn wrote. “For a family of four, that amounts to a shocking $284,000 — enough to buy a small house.”

The Biden administration is reportedly preparing a $1 trillion tax hike to help finance the White House’s latest policy push including immigration, CoVID, infrastructure, climate change, and income inequality.

“When President Joe Biden’s team began putting together his infrastructure and jobs package this February, the White House National Economic Council circulated an internal proposal calling for about $3 trillion in new spending and $1 trillion in new tax hikes, according to three people with knowledge of the matter,” reports the San Diego Union Tribune.

“The choice to limit the impact on the federal deficit may help the White House counter critics who say that the nation’s spending imbalance is out of control. But it also sets up the administration for an enormous political challenge in convincing Congress to pass a package of tax increases on wealthy Americans and companies that together would represent the largest tax hike in generations,” adds the newspaper.

Biden is poised to unveil another $3 trillion in new federal spending this week to focus on Infrastructure; allocating the cash to help rebuild roads but also fight “climate change and income inequality.”

“The president is expected to introduce up to $3 trillion in spending on efforts to boost the economy, including rebuilding aging infrastructure like highways, bridges and rail lines, and investing in technologies to reduce planet-warming greenhouse gas emissions,” reports CNBC.

“The package may be split between two bills, starting with legislation that incorporates Biden’s Build Back Better agenda and supports his goal to achieve carbon-free power generation by 2035 and net-zero emissions by 2050,” adds the website.

“Electrifying America’s cars and trucks, creating a nationwide smart grid, expanding electricity storage to allow more renewable energy, establishing universal high speed internet — all of these are intended to boost the productivity and competitiveness of the economy, while also cutting emissions,” said one advisor.

“We cannot just settle for what we can agree on without recognizing that this has to be a bill for the future, that we have to recognize the climate crisis,” Nancy Pelosi told reporters.
