According to an Emerson College poll released late last week, GOP candidate Blake Masters is polling ahead of Democratic opponent Mark Kelly for the first time: Masters has 48 percent of voters compared to Kelly’s 47 percent.
From Emerson:
The final Emerson College Polling survey of Arizona voters finds Republican Blake Masters with 48% support for US Senate, and incumbent Democrat Mark Kelly with 47%. With the 1% undecided voters’ accounted for, Kelly’s support increases to 48% and Masters holds 48%. Since September, Masters’ support has increased three points while Kelly has held 47%. A majority of voters (52%) expect Senator Mark Kelly to be re-elected, while 47% expect Masters to win.
Masters is currently making his final pitch to Grand Canyon State voters in a barnstorm blitz; he shared a clip on Twitter.
“Joe Biden and Mark Kelly ERASED our border with Mexico and incentivized more than 5 million illegal aliens to come here. If you like illegal immigration and fentanyl, Mark Kelly’s your guy. If you’re sick of it, vote for me.”
