2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren pulled-back the curtains on her long-promised “Universal Child Care” proposal Tuesday; with analysts confirming the plan would likely cost $70 billion per year.
“Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren proposed a universal child care plan that would limit American families’ expenses to 7 percent of income regardless of how many children they have in care — paid for by a tax on the ultra-wealthy,” writes Bloomberg.
Our kids are our future – but right now, we’re shortchanging them. Add your name to the petition: Every kid aged 0 to 5 in America should have access to high-quality, affordable child care and early learning. #UniversalChildCare https://t.co/zRPQmKAvYo

CLASS WARFARE! Elizabeth Warren Continues Attacks on ‘Billionaires,’ Calls for ‘Universal Childcare’
Firebrand Senator and potential 2020 Democratic candidate Elizabeth Warren continued her all-out assault on the nation’s wealthiest citizens Monday; calling for a “universal childcare” program and a “Green New Deal” throughout the United States.
“Billionaires like this guy make me wonder what our country needs more of: ranches with golf courses designed by PGA players & fireplaces ‘imported from European castles’ – or universal childcare & a Green New Deal?” asked Warren on Twitter.

BERNIECARE: Sen. Sanders Calls for SUBSIDIZED CHILD CARE for Every Parent in the US
Vermont Senator and self-described Democratic socialist Bernie Sanders raised eyebrows throughout Washington Tuesday; urging his congressional colleagues to provide subsidized child care for every parent in the United States.
Sanders called for another massive federal entitlement program on social media this week, saying “Child care should not cost parents more than sending their kids to college. We need a revolution in child care in this country.”
