BREAKING NOW: Rep. Collins Releases James Baker's Congressional Transcripts

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.09.19

Ranking GOP Member of the House Judiciary Committee Doug Collins released the Congressional testimony of former FBI general counsel James Baker Tuesday; shedding new light on the inner workings of the DOJ and the FBI leading up to the 2016 race for the White House.

“Mr. Speaker, I have released several transcripts of interviews from the Judiciary Committee’s investigation into the apparent wrongdoing at the FBI and Justice Department. Today, I am releasing another,” said Collins.

“The American people deserve transparency. They deserve to know what transpired in the highest levels of the FBI at the origin of the probe of President Trump’s campaign,” he added. “I will continue to work to release as many transcripts as possible, including the entirety of Mr. Baker’s interviews with the Judiciary Committee. The American people deserve the truth.”

DAY OF RECKONING: Sessions to Open OFFICIAL DOJ Probe into Obama’s FISA ABUSE

posted by Hannity Staff - 2.27.18

Attorney General Jeff Sessions confirmed Tuesday that the Department of Justice is opening an official inquiry into allegations of abuse and anti-Trump bias in obtaining FISA warrants using DNC-financed material, saying “it will be investigated.”

Sessions was speaking with reporters when he announced his agency’s plans to get to the bottom of accusations revealed in Rep. Devin Nunes’ bombshell memo, claiming the Obama administration and FBI used the Clinton-sourced ‘Trump Dossier’ to obtain surveillance warrants against the Trump campaign.

“Yes, it will be investigated,” said the Attorney General, adding it would be the “appropriate thing” to do following Nunes’ four-page document.

Sessions went on to say his Inspector General “will take that as one of the matters he’ll deal with.”

The Department of Justice’s investigation comes just days after ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff released his “rebuttal” memo, claiming the FBI was well within its rights in “using” the debunked dossier in their FISA application.

GRAHAM SLAM: Lindsey Graham Vows to ‘Get Answers’ on FISA Abuse, Steele Dossier, MORE

posted by Hannity Staff - 3.25.19

Sen. Lindsey Graham pledged to “get answers” for the American people Monday on allegations of FISA abuse at the Department of Justice; saying the nationwide scandal would make “front-page” news if the “shoe were on the other foot.”

Graham was speaking with reporters hours after Robert Mueller released his final report; confirming there was “no collusion” between the Trump campaign and Russian officials during the 2016 race for the White House.

“I’ve been talking since 2017 about the other side of the story. Nobody much appears to care but I hope you’ll find some interest now,” said Graham.

“A FISA warrant issued against Carter Page -based on a dossier prepared by Christopher Steele- is at a minimum disturbing. Whether or not it’s illegal I don’t yet know. I’m going to get answers to this… If the shoe were on the other foot, it’d be front-page news all over the world,” he added.
