Climate scientists and global warming alarmists are shifting their attitudes when it comes to man-made pollutants effects on the environment following months of frigid temperatures; baselessly claiming that “global warming” is -in fact- “cooling” the planet.

The new report, titled “Cleaning Up Air Pollution May Strengthen Global Warming,” was published in the Scientific American journal this week, asserting that man’s impact on Earth’s overall climate may actually be reducing global temperatures, not raising them.

“Pollution in the atmosphere is having an unexpected consequence, scientists say—it’s helping to cool the climate, masking some of the global warming that’s occurred so far,” writes the author.

“That means efforts worldwide to clean up the air may cause an increase in warming, as well as other climate effects, as this pollution disappears,” the journal adds.

The new findings come on the heels of another bombshell climate report, stating that the “doomsday scenarios” predicted by scientists for decades were “not accurate.”

For weeks, global warming advocates have been attempting to spin the cold-snap facing millions of Americans as somehow related to global warming.

“It’s bitter cold in parts of the US, but climate scientist Dr. Michael Mann explains that’s exactly what we should expect from the climate crisis,” tweeted Al Gore earlier this month.

BRAIN FREEZE: Al Gore Says GLOBAL WARMING Behind Frigid Temps

Former Vice President Al Gore believes global warming is the main culprit behind the deep freeze taking hold across large sections of the United States, saying the frigid temperatures are “exactly what we should expect” from climate change.

The climate change champion posted his environmental theory on social media, baselessly claiming that “bitter cold in parts of the US” can be explained by global warming; linking to an article from a “climate scientist.”

“It’s bitter cold in parts of the US, but climate scientist Dr. Michael Mann explains that’s exactly what we should expect from the climate crisis,” he tweeted.

The article, “A ‘Perfect Storm’: Extreme Winter Weather, Bitter Cold, and Climate Change,” strangely suggests that while “The US East Coast is experiencing an ‘old-fashioned’ winter, with plenty of cold weather and some heavy snowfall in certain places,” its somehow connected to man-made pollutants.

“Yet, what we were witnessing play out is in fact very much consistent with our expectations of the response of weather dynamics to human-caused climate change,” the author states.

President Trump prompted a full-fledge media meltdown just days ago, when he jokingly tweeted the east coast of the US “could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming.”

INCONVENIENT TRUTH: Scientists ADMIT Cold Snap UNRELATED to Global Warming

Global climate scientists have confirmed in recent days that the recent freeze crippling much of the US was totally un-related to global warming; but was instead a “freak of nature” that occurs from completely natural causes.

According to Yahoo! News, the cold snap that brought a frigid “bomb cyclone” to the east coast of the United States was not caused by man-made greenhouse gases, but is instead a naturally occurring phenomenon that is 15 times rarer today than it was just 100 years go.

“The cold snap that gripped the East Coast and Midwest region was a rarity that bucks the warming trend,” said a researcher from the National Center for Atmospheric Research.

“It was very definitely strange, especially now,” added another scientist from Princeton University. A century ago “it wouldn’t have been that strange. Things like this are becoming stranger.”

Climate change alarmists were quick to blame the cold-snap on global warming, with “experts” breathlessly saying the freezing weather was somehow brought about by rising global temperatures.

“It’s bitter cold in parts of the US, but climate scientist Dr. Michael Mann explains that’s exactly what we should expect from the climate crisis,” former Vice President Al Gore posted on social media.
