BIDEN'S BORDER: 233,740 Migrant Encounters Logged in November, Largest Ever Recorded

The November border numbers have been released —and they are as bad as you can imagine.

According to Fox News border correspondent Bill Melugin, November’s border crossing numbers were released Friday night in an effort, no doubt, to bury them in the evening news dump.

Melugin shared the stats on Twitter.

“BREAKING: In a blatant Friday evening news dump going into Christmas weekend, the federal government has released the November border numbers. CBP reports 233,740 migrant encounters, the highest November ever recorded, and a large increase over last November (174,845).”

Melugin followed up, saying “a reminder, these numbers do not include known gotaways. CBP sources tell us there were at least 73,000 known gotaways in the month of November alone. These are people who are detected or seen, but there is no manpower to get to them for capturer.”

Meanwhile, an enormous tent has been erected on the border in anticipation of Title 42 ending, triggering a massive influx of migrants that processing facilities aren’t equipped to handle.

From The New York Post:

The makeshift facility northeast of downtown will serve as an overflow processing center when Title 42 expires — which could happen as soon as this week, depending on whether the Supreme Court will hear a challenge to the Biden administration from 19 Republican-led states who want to keep the policy in place.

The Border Patrol already has a Central Processing Center in El Paso, but it will not be able to meet the demand post-Title 42 – when as many as 5,000 migrants per day are anticipated to enter the city.

“It’s still going to get worse before it even gets better, and that’s what we’re preparing for,” El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser said Friday. “That’s what I call the unknown.”
