President Trump unloaded on former Vice President Joe Biden for his latest speaking gaffe Monday morning; labeling the top Obama official a ‘low I.Q. individual’ and urged American voters to “get used to it.”

Biden was speaking with supporters over the weekend when he inadvertently counted himself among the current 2020 democratic presidential candidates; saying he has “the most progressive record of anybody running for the … anybody who would run” against President Trump.

Former Vice President Joe Biden reportedly sees himself as the Democratic Party’s “best hope” for defeating Donald Trump in 2020; with political insiders saying he is in the “final stages” of deciding whether to launch a potential run for the White House.

BIDEN: 'I am the Most Qualified Person in the Country to be President’
Former Vice President Joe Biden took one-step closer to announcing a potential bid for the White House in 2020 this week; telling a packed crowd in Montana that he is “the most qualified person in the country to be president.”
Biden was speaking with supporters Monday when he weighed-in on a potential run against President Trump; saying issues most important to American voters are the “issues that he’s worked on his whole life.”
“I think I’m the most qualified person in the country to be president. The issues that we face as a country today are the issues that I’ve worked on my whole life,” said the former Vice President.
“No one doubts what I say; the problem is I sometimes say all that I mean,” Biden added. “The question is what kind of nation are we becoming? We can’t have four more years.”
President Trump called a potential showdown with Biden a “dream” during in an interview with CBS earlier this year; adding” “Look, Joe Biden ran three times. He never got more than 1 percent, and President Obama took him out of the garbage heap, and everybody was shocked that he did.”
