BIDEN INC: VP Joe Asked CIA to Bury Intel Showing Ukrainian Concerns Over Family's 'Corrupt' Business Ties: Report

posted by Hannity Staff - 10.07.25

According to a Fox News report, then–Vice President Joe Biden in 2015 told the CIA he would “strongly prefer” that an intelligence report outlining Ukrainian officials’ concerns about his family’s ties to “corrupt” business deals “not be disseminated” — and it wasn’t, according to newly declassified agency records.

CIA Director John Ratcliffe declassified the heavily redacted files, calling them an example of “politicization of intelligence.”

Fox News Digital obtained the documents, which were uncovered during a CIA review of historical records. A senior agency official told Fox the intelligence report was found alongside an email showing Biden “expressed a preference to not share the report.”

Biden’s representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

The declassified email, dated February 10, 2016, was titled “RE: OVP query regarding draft [REDACTED]” and marked “SECRET” before being crossed out.

“Good morning, I just spoke with VP/NSA and he would strongly prefer the report not/not be disseminated. Thanks for understanding,” the message read, signed by a redacted name with the title “PDB Briefer.”

The presidential daily brief–style report reportedly included intelligence that Ukrainian officials viewed the Biden family’s alleged business ties as evidence of a “double-standard within the United States Government towards matters of corruption and political power.”

The senior CIA official confirmed the request was honored: “Intelligence officials agreed that, at the time of collection, it would have met the threshold [for dissemination], but based on the Office of the Vice President’s preference, the information was never shared outside of the CIA.”

The agency later verified that Biden’s request had been granted and that the intelligence report “had not been disseminated.”
