Keystone State Senator John Fetterman struggled to read his opening statement during a Senate Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry subcommittee hearing on Wednesday. Fetterman has been out of action since undergoing treatment for severe depression in February.
“I call to this hearing of the US Senate and Food and Nutrition and Crafts… Americans like a chair, about Glory George, from the path, to a town in Northeast… A victim of skimming!” said Fetterman.
The hearing is meant to examine the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and other nutrition assistance programs in the Farm Bill with ranking member Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN).
