Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders unloaded on President Trump during an incendiary speech in New York City Friday; viciously labeling the Commander-in-Chief a “racist, sexist, homophobe, xenophobe, religious bigot.”
Bernie Sanders: "It gives me no pleasure to tell you that we have a president today who is a racist. Who is a sexist. Who is a homophobe. Who is a xenophobe. And who is a religious bigot. I wish I did not have to say that, but that is the damn truth." pic.twitter.com/cJImQZOEox

“It gives me no pleasure to tell you that we have a president today who is a racist, who is a sexist, who is a homophobe, who is a xenophobe, and who is a religious bigot. I wish I did not have to say that. But that is the damn truth,” said Sanders at the National Action Network conference.
“During Donald Trump’s presidency we have seen a sharp rise in hate crimes and that rise comes as this country continues to be plagued by institutional racism and racial inequality,” he added.
BERNIE BACKS OMAR: Sanders Defends Omar’s ‘Legitimate Criticism’ of Israel
Vermont Senator and potential 2020 Democratic nominee Bernie Sanders defended Rep. Ilhan Omar’s fierce anti-Israeli rhetoric Thursday; saying Americans shouldn’t “equate” anti-Semitism with “legitimate criticism” of the Jewish State.
“Anti-Semitism is a hateful and dangerous ideology which must be vigorously opposed in the United States and around the world,” said Sanders. “We must not, however, equate anti-Semitism with legitimate criticism of the right-wing, Netanyahu government in Israel.”
“Rather, we must develop an even-handed Middle East policy which brings Israelis and Palestinians together for a lasting peace,” he added.
House Democrats will vote Thursday on a resolution “against bigotry” that fails to explicitly condemn Omar’s recent series of anti-Israeli statements and posts on social media.

BERNIE GOES BERSERK: Sanders Says US Government ‘Bombs Houses and Buses of Children’ Overseas
Potential 2020 Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders raised eyebrows across the country Thursday night after supporters posted a video on social media where the Senator accused the US of “bombing houses and buses of children.”
“This is the US Senate, we just starve little children, we go bomb houses and buses of children, and we give tax breaks to billionaires, but we don’t use dirty words!” said Sanders while speaking with left-wing comedian Sarah Silverman.

Sanders officially kicked off his 2020 presidential campaign weeks ago; saying he plans to fulfill the “political revolution” he began during the 2016 primary process.
