BASEMENT JOE: White House Confirms Biden's Clear Calendar on Election Day, No Press Access

President Biden is keeping a light schedule on Election Day —in fact, he’s not doing much of anything.

According to a report from The Daily Caller, President Biden called it a day at 11:24AM EST on Election Day, with the White House confirming no access to the president will be given. So much for defending Democracy, huh Joe?

Biden received his daily briefing at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and taped an interview with the D.L. Hughley Show about what the Biden-Harris administration has done for the black community, San Francisco Chronicle’s Shira Stein reported. The interview will air Tuesday afternoon.

“We’re often not faced with questions of whether the vote we cast will preserve democracy,” Biden said in a speech Wednesday, delivered in front of Union Station in Washington, D.C. “But this year we are.”

The president then dropped in on a virtual Democratic National Committee phone bank to thank staff and volunteers on Tuesday afternoon, with the lid still in place.
