BAD APPLE: Migrant Involved in Times Square Cop Assault Already Arrested Again for Robbery

According to a report from The New York Post, one of the illegal migrant teens involved in the Times Square beating of an NYPS officer has already been arrested again — this time, for an attempted robbery at a Macy’s store in Queens, NY.

Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, 19, was arrested Tuesday night and charged with robbery and petit larceny, police announced.

He is one of four people charged for allegedly entering the Queens Center Mall around 5:33 p.m. Tuesday and “acting in concert” to steal clothes that they tried to hide in bags.

When a 27-year-old security guard confronted the group, they “struggled,” police said, and one of the suspects punched him in the face.

The security guard suffered minor injuries as a result, but refused medical attention at the scene.

Gomez-Izquiel was previously charged with second-degree assault on a police officer and obstructing governmental administration for the caught-on-camera Times Square attack at the end of January.

Meanwhile, NYC continues to hemorrhage cash while attempting to control the fallout from the influx of migrants from the southern border. Big Apple Mayor Eric Adams recently asked for $1.6 billion more dollars at a recent budget hearing to help control the crisis.

“After the mayor left [the budget hearing], he sat right in this room with me and thanked me profusely for the support of the state of New York for what we’re doing over two years,” Hochul told reporters during a press conference when asked about Adam’s plea.

“He did not put in that request to me,” she noted.

“He’s grateful for what he’s getting. So our relationship is strong.”
