Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany educated Rep. Ocasio-Cortez on social media Monday after the Democrat accused the White House official of not knowing she was a sitting member of Congress.
“@PressSec wouldn’t be the first person to mistake a women of color for having a lower position or title than she does, but Kayleigh – in case you haven’t picked up a newspaper in two years, I’m a Congresswoman,” posted AOC on Twitter.

McENANY SHREDS COMEY'S FBI: Press Sec SLAMS Bureau for Flynn Perjury Trap, Bogus Investigation
White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany ripped the FBI’s probe into General Michael Flynn this week; blasting the bureau’s handling of the former National Security Advisor’s case in the early days of the Trump administration.
“The FBI exists to investigate crimes. In the case of Michael Flynn, it appears as if they might have existed to manufacture one. The FBI set out to interview General Michael Flynn when they had no predicate for any investigation of any crime,” said the Press Secretary.
“The very day that then-FBI Director Jim Comey sent agents to the White House, the FBI discussed their intentions beforehand. These notes raise serious questions about the FBI’s handling of Michael Flynn’s case,” she added.

BERNIE’S BACKLASH: Team Trump BLASTS Sanders’ Plan to Allow ‘Terrorists, Murderers’ to Vote
President Trump’s re-election campaign unloaded on Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders newest radical proposal Wednesday; blasting his plan to permit convicted “terrorists and murderers” to vote from prisons across the country.
“The extremity and radicalism of the 2020 Democrats knows no bounds,” said Trump campaign press secretary Kayleigh McEnany.
“Giving imprisoned terrorists, sex offenders, and murderers the right to vote is an outrageous proposal that is deeply offensive to innocent victims across this country, some of whom lost their lives and are forever disenfranchised by the very killers that 2020 Democrats seek to empower,” she added.
Senator Sanders stunned viewers during a televised town hall event Monday when he said the Boston Marathon bomber and other convicted mass murderers should “have the right to vote” while incarcerated.
