A resurfaced clip of Kamala Harris expressing her support for the decriminalization of prostitution went viral this week. In the clip, Harris says “When you’re talking about consenting adults — yes, we should really consider that we can’t criminalize consensual behavior.”
Harris goes on to say that it’s a different story if someone is being exploited.
