ADD IT TO THE LIST: Hillary Blames Supreme Court Decision for 2016 Election Loss

posted by Hannity Staff - 9.17.19

Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton continued her worldwide excuses tour this week; asserting a Supreme Court decision regarding the “Voting Rights Act” had a major impact in her 2016 loss to Donald Trump.

“Now, I was the first person who ran for president in more than 50 years without the protection of the Voting Rights Act. And let me just say, it makes a difference,” said Clinton at an event hosted by the American Federation of Teachers.

“The latest remarks were seemingly the first time she alleged a structural disadvantage created by the Supreme Court. In 2013, the Court drew Democrats’ ire when it struck down a portion of the Voting Rights Act, which was passed in 1965 as a way to secure voting rights for African Americans,” reports Fox News.

“Voters faced intimidation and harassment that echoed some of the worst chapters in our nation’s history,” she said. “Voter ID requirements amounted to a modern-day poll tax. Voter ID requirements, which were literally made up for the purpose of preventing certain people from actually being able to cast a vote that would be counted. We saw fewer voting places, long lines, and malfunctioning equipment — again, in certain places.”

To date, Clinton has blamed her 2016 loss on the mainstream media, Facebook, Barack Obama, Bernie Sanders, the FBI, James Comey, misogyny, racism, local newspapers, Russia, and more.

ANOTHER EXCUSE: Hillary Questions Legitimacy of 2016 Election, Says Race ‘Stolen’ From Her

posted by Hannity Staff - 5.06.19

Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton continued her worldwide excuses tour over the weekend; directly questioning the legitimacy of the 2016 election and saying the race was “stolen” by Donald Trump.

The former Secretary of State was speaking alongside her husband Bill Clinton in Los Angeles when she made the stunning remarks.

“I think it’s also critical to understand that, as I’ve been telling candidates who have come to see me, you can run the best campaign, you can even become the nominee, and you can have the election stolen from you,” said Clinton.

Clinton has routinely blamed her 2016 defeat to Donald Trump on a series of external factors; including the FBI, the DNC, Bernie Sanders, Barack Obama, the New York Times, Facebook, Google, racism, sexism, Fox News, and more.

ANOTHER EXCUSE: Politico Blames Hillary's ELECTION DISASTER On... Local Newspapers?

posted by Hannity Staff - 4.09.18

Online magazine Politico achieved the impossible this weekend, finding a completely new excuse for Hillary Clinton’s surprise defeat to Donald Trump in November 2016; this time blaming “newspaper subscriptions” for the electoral landslide.

Politico published an article Sunday titled, “Trump thrives in areas that lack traditional news outlets,” suggesting the President was able to “Swamp Clinton” in areas that had low subscription rates to local newspapers.

The data suggests those voters relied on national news outlets and social media for information instead of more traditional media outlets such as newspapers and local television reports.

“President Donald Trump’s attacks on the mainstream media may be rooted in statistical reality: An extensive review of subscription data and election results shows that Trump outperformed the previous Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, in counties with the lowest numbers of news subscribers, but didn’t do nearly as well in areas with heavier circulation,” writes the author.

“The results show a clear correlation between low subscription rates and Trump’s success in the 2016 election, both against Hillary Clinton and when compared to Romney in 2012,” adds the article.
