Fresh off his Minnesota bombshell, investigative reporter Nick Shirley is on the ground in California, exposing fraud and waste — and it’s not pretty.

Shirley captured Los Angeles street outreach distributing Narcan kits and harm reduction supplies amid homeless encampments, and blasted California’s policies as a futile cycle of overdose revival and re-enabling drug use. He calls it the “homeless industrial complex.”

“Welcome to California… Here they will let you overdose on their streets, give you the Narcan to revive yourself, and then give you the supplies to kill yourself again,” Shirley said in an X post.
