FETTERMAN HOSPITALIZED: Keystone Senator Under 'Routine Observation' After Fall, Jokes 'If You Thought My Face Looked Bad Before...'

John Fetterman’s morning walk turned into a medical jolt — and a trip to the hospital.

The Pennsylvania Democrat is under “routine observation” in a Pittsburgh hospital after collapsing during an early Thursday stroll near his home in Braddock, his office announced.

According to the statement, doctors determined Fetterman suffered a ventricular fibrillation flare-up, leaving him light-headed, sending him to the ground, and causing minor facial injuries when he hit the pavement.

“Upon evaluation, it was established he had a ventricular fibrillation flare-up that led to Senator Fetterman feeling light-headed, falling to the ground and hitting his face with minor injuries,” the statement read.

“Senator Fetterman had this to say: ‘If you thought my face looked bad before, wait until you see it now!’
