JARRETT ON HANNITY: Obama Admin Members Could Be Charged as Co-Conspirators in Russia Collusion Hoax [WATCH]

Legal analyst Gregg Jarrett stopped by Hannity Monday night to react to the latest Russiagate developments, specifically news that the DOJ is opening a federal grand jury investigation of former Obama administration officials who allegedly conspired to whip up a scandal about President Trump’s purported links to Russia during the 2016 election campaign.

“To go to a grand jury, a federal prosecutor has to have enough evidence to establish probable cause that crimes were committed. So it does look like the Attorney General believes she’s already got it and has handed it off to a U.S. attorney,” Jarrett said.

“I would say that Comey, Clapper, and Brennan are immediate targets for a myriad of false statements during their testimony,” Jarrett added.
