CRUZ MISSILE: 'The Democrats Talking to the Press Are Lying — And They Know It!' [WATCH]

Cruz has high praise for U.S. troops — unlike the Democrats…

Following a historic strike on Iran that completely obliterated the number one state sponsor of terror’s nuclear capabilities, Democrats have made every effort to downplay the heroism, bravery, and courage of the servicemembers who executed Operation Midnight Hammer flawlessly.

Texas Senator Ted Cruz stopped by Hannity Thursday night to set the record straight, and blast the Donkey party for going full-blown anti-America in its blind rage for GOP President Donald Trump.

“The operation was a spectacular success,” Cruz said. “First of all, our service men and women who carried out the strikes flew halfway around the world in seven B-2 stealth bombers; they delivered 14 bunker-buster bombs precisely on target to devastating effect.”

Cruz continued: “They are the most lethal bombs we have in our arsenal, aside from nuclear weapons.”

“We hit three nuclear weapon sites in Iran — utterly devastated them — and then every one of our servicemembers came home, there was not a single American casualty. This was an incredible American military operation. I commend the service men and women who carried it out, and I commend the Commander-in-Chief.”

“I’ve never seen anything like this. Every American should be cheering — but the Democrats have basically decided they’re on Team Iran,” Cruz added later in the interview.

Cruz also blasted Democrats for knowingly lying to the press about a “low confidence” intelligence report that downplayed the damage done to Iran’s facilities.
