It is a national public awareness campaign from the Department of Homeland Security (.gov) to educate and empower individuals, especially children, teens, and parents, to prevent, combat, and report online child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). It focuses on educating the public about the dangers of online predators, helping prevent future crimes, and empowering people to report suspected abuse.
