Big Apple assembly member and mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani was caught on camera on Wednesday, screaming at border czar Tom Homan while being held back by law enforcement.

Homan was in Albany with a warning for Governor Kathy Hochul: cooperate on immigration crackdowns or he will flood New York state with ICE agents.

Mamdani was seen screaming at Homan, who was off camera.

“Do you believe in the first amendment, Tom Homan?!” Mamdani screamed.

Mamdani shared the clip on his own X account, saying “Today I confronted ‘border czar’ Tom Homan who came to Albany to do Trump’s bidding — push for mass deportations, carry out the assault on working class New Yorkers, and justify the unjustifiable detention of legal permanent resident and father-to-be, Mahmoud Khalil.

Homan wasn’t phased by the screaming of Mamdani and others — he enjoyed an apple while casually strolling by the angry mob.
