President Joe Biden looked lost and confused this week while touring a grocery store in Las Vegas, Nevada. Biden dropped in for a photo-op with members of the Congressional Black Caucus.
Biden looked frail and in a perpetual state of confusion as he was escorted through the market. The president’s cognitive abilities have been under intense scrutiny since his disastrous debate performance last month.

Biden was in Vegas for a speech at the NAACP’s 115th National Convention, where he tried to reassure attendees “I know how to tell the truth. I know right from wrong. I know how to do this job.”
