While delivering remarks to family caregivers, care workers, and early childhood educators, President Joe Biden was heckled by an audience member; Joe promptly shut him down.
“You wanna come make a speech, or shush up, okay?” Biden said, drawing laughter from the audience. “I’m not messing around with him. He looks like he could take me.”

Then there was the signature Biden coughing fit and yelling.
Biden starts yelling as he wraps up his incoherent speech:
