Citizen journalist Auden B. Cabello shared a clip on X on Monday of a migrant train headed to the U.S. southern border; it’s currently traveling through central Mexico.
“All aboard! Here comes another train load. @CBP and @CityEaglePassTx might as well close both bridges. Spotted leaving central Mexico and making its way to the US/MX border,” Cabello shared on X.

2024 GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy shared the clip and his plan for fixing the border.
“Our border crisis is a masochistic crisis of our own making. The good news is it’s solvable. Here’s how:
• Militarize the Southern Border to be clear about our seriousness & resolve. Expand the aquatic river barrier & immediately restart border wall construction
• Restore “Remain in Mexico” & apply it to family units + unaccompanied minors.
• Demand Mexico accept all returnees under threat of financial consequences.
• End Temporary Protected Status (TPS), which is abused as a form of “amnesty” against deportation.
• Close the Darien Gap through threats of sanctions/tariffs against Colombia, Panama, & Costa Rica, which have for years controlled the flow of migrants.”
