The Florida Supreme Court has handed DeSantis a win.
According to a report from The Dialy Wire, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ vaccine investigation is picking up momentum; a Sunshine State Supreme Court approved his request to impanel a grand jury with the intent to investigate mRNA vaccine manufacturers.
DeSantis called for accountability for vaccine manufacturers earlier this month.
“It is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you’re talking about the efficacy of a drug,” DeSantis told local media.

According to local media, groups involved in the design, development, clinical testing, marketing, and distribution of such vaccines are subject to a statewide impaneled grand jury investigation for one year.
DeSantis’ petition said widespread belief was that the COVID-19 vaccine would prevent the disease from spreading, which led to mandates on citizens, healthcare workers, and military members.
“It is impossible to imagine that so many influential individuals came to this view on their own. Rather, it is likely that individuals and companies with an incentive to do so created these perceptions for financial gain,” the petition said, according to local media.
