The busing continues.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott has sent another bus to Vice President Kamala Harris’ residence in Washington D.C. More than 50 migrants were on board from Ecuador, Argentina, and Nicaragua. Some say they crossed into Eagle Pass, TX.

Abbott has promised to continue the busing until the Biden Administration takes steps to alleviate the stress —and danger — local communities are feeling along the southern border.

According to Customs and Border Protection, there were 230,678 encounters along the southwest land border in October, a 1.3% increase compared to September. Of those, 19% involved individuals who had at least one prior encounter in the previous 12 months, compared to an average one-year re-encounter rate of 14% for FY2014-2019.
