Yesterday, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak announced that the Silver State will be lifting state mandated COVID protocols, following in the footsteps of Connecticut, New Jersey and Delaware.
“The State will no longer require masks in public places,” Sisolak said, “but employers and organizations, including school districts, may set their own policies, and I encourage them to work with their employees and communities to ensure that policies are in place.”
Well, one school district has already kicked masks to the curb —and no one was happier to hear that than this elementary school class. Watch them celebrate as they finally get to be normal kids again. Hopefully, we see more videos like this in the coming weeks.
